WHO WE ARE

Our founder, Neil Eastwood is an experienced social care provider, entrepreneur and analyst, with a First Class Honours Degree and a Harvard Business School education. Neil has spent many years gathering best practice social care recruitment and retention tools and techniques from around the world. Neil and the rest of our team are all on a mission to help UK providers implement these tools and techniques in order to help address the social care workforce crisis in the UK.  He is the author of Amazon bestseller Saving Social Care: How to find more of the best frontline care employees and keep the ones you have.
